1. General Terms Hartley GmbH ("we," "our," or "us") is a wholesale trader of fashion, apparel, and accessories. Our products are available exclusively for business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a registered business entity.

2. Orders & Payments

1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment must be made via the approved methods before order dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

1. We ship within Germany and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.
2. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch.

4. Returns & Claims

        1. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

         2. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence.                                                 

5. Liability & Warranty

1. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
2. Product warranties apply as per German trade laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
